The District has a great opportunity to receive an additional $5 million in general fund money through the Local Control Funding Formula - otherwise known as the LCFF. To qualify for this money the District must have 55% or greater free and reduced meal applications on file. We can meet this number if all parents turn in an application. These forms can be found at your school site administration building or in the kitchen.

If you need assistance filling out the application, please contact Sonia Vargas at 408-347-5217 or come to the Education Center located at 830 N Capitol Avenue San Jose, CA. Applications are available in English, Spanish and Vietnamese.
